Reinforcements on the toe and laces add strength to withstand the rigors of your indoor workouts.The support system wraps around the heel and sides of the shoe to ensure a snug fit when you tighten the laces. The rubber outsole grips synthetic surfaces as well as the gym floor, and is thicker under the heel to prevent slippage. The rubber outsole is thicker under the heel for stability when lifting weights, and thinner in the front for flexibility during sprints and speed drills.
