Zip-up sweatshirt Belgique 1960's

Zipped sweatshirt Belgium 1960's

There were good players during this decade such as Paul Van Himst, Leon Semeling, Jef Jurion, Wilfried Van Moer and Raoul Lambert, but there were few notable results for the Belgian national team in the 1960s. Failure to qualify for an international tournament meant that Belgium's only title at that time was "world champion in friendly matches". It was, of course, an unofficial title, which they had been awarded jokingly following a 5-1 friendly victory over the world champions Brazil in 1963. The decade at least ended on a more positive note with a successful qualifying campaign that would send the Belgian national team to the 1970 World Cup in Mexico.
