With unmatched versatility and ease of use, you can have 9 pairs of dumbbells in 1, replacing 245 kg of free weights. The 2.2 kg increments are ideal for personal training, group strength training or rehabilitation applications.
The new ergonomic knurled steel handles are more comfortable and easier to use. This model comes with a commercial stand.
To change weights in seconds, slide the selector pin into the blocks at the desired weight. Then insert your hand into the "core" and grasp the handle. When you lift the handle, the selected weight is lifted along with the handle.
