It's even more flexible at the forefoot, and the heel is reinforced with extra foam. The result: more freedom for dynamic plyometric and cardio movements, and a stable base for weight training.

Flexibility: high

The midsole and outsole are extremely flexible for natural movement. The grooves in the outsole have been laser cut for added flexibility. Perfect for jumps, planks, and plyometrics. We've also rounded the forefoot at the big toe to enhance agility and speed during sudden movements.

Stability: high

The shoe keeps you perfectly stable in a strong posture. The snug fit and targeted cushioning give you a sense of security with every step. We've added foam to the heel to stabilise the foot when you're pushing yourself.

Cushioning: high

The thicker the cushioning underfoot, the more comfortable the workout. The cushioning absorbs shock when your feet hit the ground. The laser-cut foam at the forefoot and in the midsole is very comfortable.
