The shoe's support is a guarantee of stability for your natural stride. The fitted support and carefully targeted cushioning allow you to feel secure with every step. The Structure 25 is the most stable shoe from Nike Running. Its new foam midsole, wider midfoot support and more pronounced rocking shape offer a more stable platform and smoother transitions from heel to toe.

Cushioning: high

The thicker the cushioning underfoot, the softer and more comfortable your stride. The cushioning absorbs shocks when your feet hit the ground. The new midsole features improved foam for an unparalleled softness and comfort. The thick foam ensures total comfort. The rocking foam offers tailored support for the three phases of your stride, providing optimal flexibility during push-off, a smooth stride as your foot moves forward, and perfect cushioning upon ground contact.

Responsiveness: minimal

The more responsive the shoe, the greater the energy return with every step. To run a little faster or with a bit less effort, responsive shoes are ideal. They provide a little more bounce and help you make the most of your run. A Zoom Air unit in the forefoot ensures responsive cushioning. What's new with the Structure 25?

We've added even more foam than in previous versions to enhance support and comfort. The new improved foam underfoot further reinforces the support.

We used softer materials inside the heel, collar, and tongue, so that all parts of the shoe in contact with your ankle provide a feeling of softness and comfort.

A single layer of mesh ensures greater breathability and durability.

The durable rubber outsole features forefoot grooves for increased flexibility and vertical grooves on the sides for added stability.
