Training Ball

The solid beech wood training balls offer excellent grip for targeted training of the forearm muscles, as well as finger and grip strength, thanks to high quality standards. Ideal for climbing, bouldering and parkour training. The larger the balls, the more challenging the training with the climbing balls pedalo® becomes. You can fully wrap your grip around the smaller balls. As the training balls get larger, your grip will also increase, and you'll need more strength to hang on. This allows you to design an individual training program for yourself using the same training balls or different balls.
