The Spirit Fitness CRW900 Water Rower is a commercial grade indoor rower that utilizes adjustable water resistance to provide a low impact full body workout.

The Spirit Fitness CRW900 Water Rower challenges all fitness levels as you can select one of ten dial settings to change the measured level of water resistance from very light to Olympic rowing sprints.

Movement on the Spirit Fitness CRW900 ergometer feels like rowing on a smooth, lake-like surface because the tank's multi-bladed propeller acts like an outdoor paddle - as soon as the user pulls back on the handle, the propeller blades capture the water without delay and provide consistent, even resistance throughout the movement.

When the handle is retracted, the blades stop spinning, as if a paddle had been pulled out of the water to prepare for the next stroke.

Unlikeautres water or air rowers, the CRW900 does not give the impression of a "force curve" or drop in resistance at the end of the stroke. This allows the rower to develop a smooth, ultra-realistic rowing cadence for a more authentic rowing experience, as if on the water.

The extra large dual tank transfers water from a passive tank to an active tank, generating 50% more resistance than autres water rowing manufacturers, allowing you to row faster, increase your heart rate faster, and build strength and power faster.
