Specifications
- Extendable length from 134 cm to 205 cm. Maximum user weight: 150 kg.
- Full body workout. Find a bar that is at least 190 cm above the ground (or a door). Make sure it can support your weight. Secure the Multi balance trainer by looping the end cord around the bar twice and fastening it with a metal clip. Adjust the length to suit the exercises.
