UW05 HMS is a double grip designed for training with high or low pulleys. It is meant for back muscle training, but it's also effective for exercises using half of a bar (the other half resting on the ground). The bar fits perfectly in the centre of the grip, making it easy to perform bent-over barbell rowing exercises using half of the bar. The triangular structure of the grip ensures correct hand positioning and promotes proper movement during exercises. The rough steel part guarantees a secure grip and prevents the tool from slipping out of your hand, while also requiring a firmer hold from us. This means we are also working on developing our forearm muscles. The relatively narrow spacing of the grip allows for maintaining a correct movement line when the elbow is close to the body. The high-quality steel construction allows for training with heavy weights.
