How does the HHW06 work?

The operation of the HHW06 is very simple and intuitive. It consists of a closed loop that has a rail with an attached gravity ball (weight). When you make circular movements with your hips, centrifugal force begins to act, causing the gravity ball to move around the circle, putting your abdominal muscles and torso under tension.
